Lower Polk Navigation Center

The Lower Polk Navigation Center provides 75 beds and support services for homeless “transitional-age” youth between the ages of 16 and 24. The center is located on the upper two floors of an existing three-story building at the corner of Hyde and Post Streets, leaving the ground floor open for future tenant use.
