462 Bryant is a new seven-story office building in the historically industrial SoMa neighborhood. Its exterior is defined by corrugated metal cladding, perforated with varying degrees of openness. The building’s massing is defined on the primary Bryant Street frontage by the street wall, and on the secondary Stillman Street side by an easement preserving sightlines from the Bay Bridge approach to a billboard on the adjacent building. 462 Bryant will share a lobby with the adjacent 460 Bryant, another building located on the same parcel.
